What this service is
A screening report assembled from public State of Hawaii records. It is not an inspection, a survey, an engineering evaluation, a title search, an appraisal, a county or state determination, or legal advice. No one visits the property.
What a report does and does not establish
A report tells you what the state had on record for a parcel on a stated date. That is all it tells you.
It does not establish or rule out the presence of any wastewater system. Where the state holds no record, the report says there is no record. That is not proof that no system exists, and it must not be read or presented that way.
Accuracy
Values are reproduced as the state holds them. They are not corrected, adjusted, or estimated. State records lag real conditions and omit systems that were never recorded. If a report and the property disagree, the property is right.
The paid report
Purchase gives you a dated document listing every field with its source layer and query date. It is delivered instantly and lives at a permanent URL, so you can reopen or reprint it for a transaction file later. It is fixed to its snapshot date and is not updated after issue.
Refunds
Full refund on request within 7 days of purchase, no reason required. One refund per customer.
Two things to know before you buy. The report is delivered instantly, and the free page shows you the verdict before you pay, so you already know the answer you are buying the document for. And a no-record result is a valid, complete result. It is not a failed lookup.
Acceptable use
Use it for personal or professional due diligence on properties you have a reason to look at. No bulk scraping, no automated harvesting of the lookup, and no resale or redistribution of the underlying data as a dataset. The state data is public and you are free to go get it yourself at the source.
Privacy, in brief
You can run a lookup without giving us anything. If you ask us to email you a report, we keep your email address and the parcel you asked about. If you buy a report, we keep your email address, the order, and the parcel. Payment is handled by a payment processor and we do not store card details.
We do not sell contact data and we do not pass it to agents, contractors, or lenders unless you ask us to.
